Dave and Ann, husband and wife are partnered REALTORS®. Originally from Akron, Ohio, they bring depth and breadth to their real estate careers; each has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Dave graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and spent the majority of his career, prior to real estate, in the marketing and designing of employee benefit and insurance programs. He was also a regional sales manager for a large national health insurance company.

Ann graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Languages and spent several years in the sales and marketing of employee benefit software programs.

For over 15 years, Ann has been selling real estate; prior to establishing business in Naples, she was in the top 25 of a large independent Real Estate Firm in Cleveland, Ohio.

They are members of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
